The department

We have a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join us as a Sales Progressor and be part of something special. Our Sales team have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and effectively convert leads into delivering sales. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property sales from offer acceptance to completion.  

The role

The successful candidate will; 

  • You will liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents to facilitate the progression of property sales 
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and KPI data 
  • Ensure all stakeholders and parties are kept informed of progress and any potential issues are addressed promptly 
  • Have regular communications with clients to provide updates and maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process 
  • Work with the Completions Coordinator to facilitate property inspections, surveys and any other tasks to progress the sales 
  • Problem solve in an efficiently and timely manner any issues that come up during the sales process 
  • Balance the use of your own initiative whilst flagging issues to senior team members where appropriate 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all sales progression activities and communications  

This list is not exhaustive. Tasks will be allocated to reflect increasing levels of development and experience.

 

The required skills

  • Experience of home sales progression  
  • General local knowledge of the area would be advantageous 
  • Good verbal & written communication with a good level of competence in IT 
  • Relishes the opportunity to work under own initiative or within a team to achieve targets 
  • Well-presented, with a positive and engaging attitude to work 
  • Well organised and good with customers 
  • Excellent MS IT skills, preferable to have experience of sharepoint and/or Coins
