What we do
As a 5* Home Builder, awarded to us in 2020 by the Home Builders Federation, our New Homes team expertly delivers private housing of exceptional quality in settings centred around community, bio-diversity net gain and people. Delivering infrastructure and local facilities early in our project timelines is important to Thakeham and is all part of ensuring a Thakeham development is an asset to its surroundings and local communities.
Our Partnerships team handles a range of contracts that include social, affordable and retirement housing for clients including Hyde, Sovereign, Clarion, the Home Group, the Southern Housing Group, Stonewater and Yarlington Housing Group. These Partnerships have seen projects delivered on time, in budget with several repeat projects emerging as a result.
