We’re full of the festive cheer now at Thakeham after taking part in the Wear it Festive at Work campaign for St Barnabas House Hospice.
The spirit of Christmas
It’s that time of year again, where the Thakeham team dig into their wardrobes to find the silliest, most outrageous Christmas jumpers they can find and donate for the privilege of wearing them to work! Reindeer, baubles, flashing lights and tinsel all featured on this year’s finest, and for those who were grumpy enough to come into work without their festive fun hats on, had to pay a fine (donated too, of course!) By getting into the Christmas spirit and ‘Wearing it Festive at Work’, Thakeham raised £141.10 for St Barnabas House Hospice, a charity very important to us here at Thakeham.
We were pleased to continue what has become a festive tradition here at Thakeham, and support this fantastic charity over the festive period once again with our Christmas Jumper Day donations.

The man himself
We combined the festive day with our Secret Santa and we were lucky enough to have the man himself come and present the gifts to the team.
Some funny, thoughtful and wacky presents were exchanged and it was a lovely reminder of the great team we are all a part of and a great opportunity to enjoy the festivities together.
Thakeham Christmas opening hours
Thakeham Head Office will be closed from 17:30 on Friday 21st December and will reopen on Wednesday 2nd January.
From all of us at Thakeham, Merry Christmas.
