‘Best Staff Development’ at Housebuilder Awards
Southern-based community creator Thakeham were declared the winner for Best Staff Development of the Year at The Housebuilder Awards 2022. Judged by 14 well-established members in the House building sector, Thakeham were honoured to receive the award due to its ‘unwavering commitment to staff development program.

The event saw 700 of the best housebuilders in the UK come together at The Intercontinental London at the 02. Sir Lenny Henry was the dedicated Host for the evening, announcing and presenting awards to different housebuilders within 16 categories across the industry.

The Housebuilder Awards 2022 are the industry’s own awards brought to you by Housebuilder magazine, the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and in partnership with NHBC.
In celebration of the 18th year running, the awards held the event to celebrate all aspects within the housebuilding sector.
This includes customer satisfaction, marketing, design, training, regeneration, and sustainability.
