Ockford Ridge, Godalming
A £17m partnership with Waverley Borough Council
We’re now in phase 3 of regeneration at the Ockford Ridge Estate. With two phases completed, we’re building 30 additional affordable homes. The site was formed of existing council houses that were no longer deemed fit for purpose.
One of our key achievements at Ockford Ridge is the relationship built with the local residents. We appointed a site dedicated Resident Liason Officer to manage communications with the community.
Net zero homes
In the latest two phases of the Ockford Ridge regeneration, we’re building 47 affordable homes that are net zero carbon.
Each home features a pre-insulated frame, air source heat pump, waste water heat recovery, solar panels and EV car charging. It saves as much renewable energy through the year as it produces.
