This new community will be centred around swathes of green spaces and the new homes will use a range of materials and detailing creating a visually impressive and high quality addition to the surrounding area of Newick.
Berry Croft is a beautifully designed collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, with a variety of attractive exterior finishes in a classic Sussex architectural style.
Manor Farm, West Horsley
A £77m partnership with Abri
The scheme of 139 new homes will include a range of two-storey homes and apartments, consisting of 74 homes for private sale and 56 affordable homes. The average carbon emissions per dwelling will be only 1.5 tonnes of CO2 per year – around half the UK average.
Over 300 solar panels to be installed across the site, built with a selection of fast charging points and high standards of insulation. These sustainable homes will achieve at least 30% reduction in carbon emissions; 50% more than the policy requirement of 20%.
Sturt Farm, Haslemere
A £24m partnership with Stonewater
We’re building 132 homes in Surrey. The scheme includes 79 homes for social rent, 44 for shared ownership and nine properties for rent-to-own.
As part of the new community we are delivering communal amenity space, a dedicated woodland area, landscaping and a children’s play space making this an ideal location for families.
