We partner with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much needed shard ownership housing across the south east. Using a policy-compliant, tenure-blind level of affordable housing provision. We build to the same high-quality and external finish as our private homes.
Chilmington Green, Ashford
A £49m partnership with Man Group Ltd
This scheme is located to the east side of Ashford in Chilmington, part of a 6000-homes strategic development. Our contract will be built in two phases, comprising of 93 apartments and 132 homes.
85% of the development will provide affordable homes for Ashford, including Key Worker and Shared Ownership schemes.
Lidsey Road, Woodgate
A £13m partnership with Southern Housing
This scheme of 71 100% affordable housing, will include a mixture of rented and shared ownership homes.

Furnace Lane, Horsmonden
A £9m partnership with Monson Homes
This scheme delivered 49 new homes in Horsmonden, Kent. Located on the Western outskirts of the village, approximately seven miles east of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
The scheme included a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes. A mix of tenures included shared ownership and affordable rent.
