Maximising the Use of Brownfield Land Opportunities

Thakeham Client is delighted to be appointed by Lewes District Council for the design and build contract for the re-development of five brownfield sites, which will deliver 22 new residential units. All five sites will be complete by Summer 2017, providing valuable housing stock for Lewes district.
Using Brownfield Sites
“Using brownfield sites for the development of flats and houses for rent is an essential part to Lewes District Council’s strategy to meet an increasing demand for rental accommodation in the area. The five sites, all disused garages, are located in the coastal towns of Peacehaven, Telscombe Cliffs, Seaford and Newhaven.
