Planning granted for new homes in Littlehampton

Construction is underway

Detailed planning permission was granted by Arun District Council on 14th August 2019.

The site will provide a mixture of affordable homes and flats set around a large open green space and with plenty of off-road parking.

Clarion Housing, the UK’s largest affordable housing provider, purchased the site from Arun District Council. The construction commenced in October 2019 with completion by Spring 2021.
