The Thakeham team celebrated Christmas in style after a year of exceptionally hard work and great success.

Everyone was dressed to impress for a black tie evening of good food, dancing and casino fun. The Directors extend their thanks to Trish and the team for organising such a fantastic evening and to all the guests who attended with so much Christmas cheer.

Reflecting on 2016

2016 has been an incredible year for Thakeham, with remarkable growth and extreme hard work propelling the business to new heights. This year has seen Thakeham secure their reputation within the market, becoming one of the largest housebuilding land owners in the South East.

Exciting times ahead

Our celebrations were also about looking forward to another exciting year ahead with new contracts promising more success in 2017. Plans are in place and will be officially confirmed in early January, for 600 new homes in Pease Pottage. This will be a hugely exciting project for Thakeham and will further prove our ability to deliver excellent design and build quality.
