Yesterday, we held our staff ‘All Hands’ event, at Denbies Wine Estate in Dorking. An opportunity to come together to discuss business updates and exciting visions for the future.

We value the opportunity to come together and reflect on how far we have come – and look forward to where we’re headed as a business.
We have achieved a lot since our last All Hands event, so we used this as a chance to slow down and celebrate those successes.
Notably, it was the first time we gathered since being confirmed the Best Construction & Engineering company to work for in the UK, at the beginning of this year. 2022 marks our third year running being recognised in the Best Companies competition, but this year is the first for us to win within our sector – and list within the large company category.
Industry leading placemaking
We heard from members of the executive board to learn about our exciting next steps to progress our Sustainability strategy, and how we are identifying opportunities to further our ability to benefit local communities.
The room was filled with pride as we discussed our industry leading approach – knowing we are making a positive impact to a variety of individuals; including the local fauna with our latest Sustainability commitment.

As presentations concluded, the Thakeham Family welcomed the time to network with colleagues existing and new.
