Site Manager Awards
Calum Semark and Barry Corrick were both awarded the highly-regarded NHBC (National House Building Council) Pride in the Job accolade; of which just 40 Site Managers across the South East achieved recognition. More than 16,000 Site Managers are eligible for this award nationally, with the title awarded to Site Managers who achieve exceptional standards in house building. This is the highest industry distinction a Site Manager can receive.
Following 12 months of rigorous judging, both go through to compete for the Seal of Excellence and Regional Winner titles which will be announced in September. Watch this space!
Barry Corrick also gained recognition at the Local Authority Building Council (LABC) awards, at which Thakeham were among the most nominated. Barry won Site Agent of the Year for his outstanding work at Valeside Keep, Burgess Hill. This award puts Barry through to the National Grand Final held in November and illustrates the care and attention he committed throughout the project.
