Thakeham Rebrand26th December 2015
Summers Place, Billingshurst
Local private housebuilding company, Thakeham, invited many of its subcontractors, consultants and local agents along to its offices in the grounds of Summers Place, Billingshurst, to explain the next stage in the company’s growth plans.
Rob Boughton, managing director at Thakeham, welcomed a host of people from the property world at a number of separate events where he outlined the firm’s philosophy and launched their new branding.
Rob established Thakeham Homes in 2003 and was later joined by Julian Rooney, since then, the pair have grown the organisation to a team of 40, with developments across Sussex and beyond.
“From the outset we have concentrated on sourcing land in strong locations and that remains our fundamental philosophy to this day.”
“The partners also saw the wisdom of maintaining good relationships with our contractors and using local trades & suppliers wherever possible.”
“Our success is dependent on the success of our suppliers and contractors so we take care to ensure that, in the course of providing homes people will enjoy living in, everyone takes care in its construction and is proud of the results.”
