Governance
We play a key role in the economic, social and environmental development of the south east. Several committees and groups represent the interests of our customers, industry, and local communities.
Our structure
The Board and Non-Executive Committee manage the strategic priorities of the business and our business plan.
The Executive Management team are responsible for the day to day running of the business, alongside our leadership team.
How we operate
We’re members of several groups and frameworks that represent the interests of our customers and communities.
Obligations under Section 106 agreements
This is our legal agreement with local councils. A section 106 agreement is signed for every development we’re granted permission to build. These agreements set out our contributions to the support or expansion of local services and infrastructure.
Where we can’t deliver infrastructure ourselves within the development, the local authority will receive funding through the Section 106 agreement.
