Once you’ve found the home that feels right for you, our team will support you through the reservation process. We’ll explain what to expect, walk you through the details, and make sure you feel informed and confident.
Before you move in, you’ll be invited to a Home Demonstration. This is your chance to walk through your new home with us. We’ll show you how everything works — from heating to appliances — and make sure you’re happy with every detail.
Before you move in, you’ll receive your personal Home User Guide. This guide includes everything you need to know about your new home — from appliance instructions to tips on caring for fixtures and fittings. It’s designed to help you feel confident and in control from day one.
When moving day arrives, we’ll welcome you into your new space. You’ll meet your dedicated Customer Care Manager, who’ll be your go-to person for anything you need during the first two years in your home.
Your home comes with two years of Customer Care support from us — so if you spot anything that’s not quite right, just let us know. And if something urgent happens outside normal hours, you’ll have access to help around the clock.
You’ll also have a 10-year NHBC warranty — giving you lasting peace of mind. We’re proud that more than 90% of our customers would recommend us to friends or family.
