Brownfield redevelopment work begins in Chertsey

We are replacing the former building with new homes over three and four storeys, complete with balconies and parking bays.  Demolition of the end-of-life building is now complete, and work has started on the redevelopment.

Comprising a mix of 26 two-bed and one three-bed flats, all the new homes will be available for affordable rent. The properties also incorporate green roofs and solar photovoltaic panels to enhance energy efficiency.
