We're delivering 124 new affordable homes in Lower Horsebridge, Hailsham after signing an agreement with Stonewater.

We will deliver 124 new affordable homes in Lower Horsebridge, Hailsham after signing a joint contracts tribunal (JCT) contract with Stonewater, one of the UK’s largest social housing providers.
The development will be made up of 94 houses and 30 apartments with net zero carbon principles, open spaces and retained trees and hedgerows. The development will also provide improved access to existing pedestrian and cycle links.
Our Partnerships Director, Dan Cornelius, said: “We are delighted to be delivering much-needed affordable homes on behalf of our valued housing association partner, Stonewater. We have an established track record of delivering high-quality housing that enhances the local community, and we look forward to starting on site in the Spring.”
