An outstanding best company to work for

The results for this year’s Best Companies have been released, and we feature in the National, Sector and Regional lists for the sixth consecutive year.

All our rankings were up on last year’s results. We finished in the top 10 of the Housing sector list, positioning number seven. Meanwhile, we placed at number 34 in the national Best Medium Companies to Work For and at number 23 in the Regional ranking. These results and our two-star accreditation mean we can officially call ourselves an Outstanding Company to Work For in 2025.

Commenting on our accomplishments in this year’s Best Companies lists, our HR Director Liane Richardson said: “We are pleased to once again appear on several Best Companies lists for 2025. The anonymous surveys allow staff to have their say through a recognised third party and placing on these rankings means that our people value us as an employer and, crucially, feel valued by the company in return, which is what our leadership strives for.”
