Your partner for energy efficient housing
We partner with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much needed energy efficient housing across the south east. We are at the forefront of building net zero carbon homes, meaning that carbon emissions from heating, lighting and cooling are zero or below.
What’s more, through looking at the embodied carbon emissions associated with the construction of our homes, we will create a baseline from which we will work to reduce this as much as possible.
Ockford Ridge, Godalming
A £10m partnership with Waverley Borough Council
In the latest two phases of the Ockford Ridge regeneration, we’re building 47 affordable homes that are net zero carbon.
Each home features a pre-insulated frame, air source heat pump, waste water heat recovery, solar panels and EV car charging. It saves as much renewable energy through the year as it produces.
Bilsham Road, Yapton
A £51m partnership with Hyde Group
We’re building 250 zero carbon ready homes in Yapton. These homes are 80% more efficient, meeting the future homes standard. They rely on another industry to become zero carbon by 2050.
These homes will achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) A rating. There will be extensive electrical vehicle charging across the site and homes will include hydrogen-ready boilers.
Rotherlea, Petworth
A £7m partnership with Aster Group
This scheme includes 34 new affordable homes in Petworth. This development will bring much-needed affordable housing to the heart of the South Downs National Park, West Sussex.
The timber frame homes are designed to be highly energy efficient, equipped with many features to minimise their environmental impact. The community here will benefit from high quality housing that lowers energy bills.
