About us

We are a housebuilder that takes a different approach. Our developments put community, energy efficiency and biodiversity at their heart — because we believe great homes should support both people and the planet.

We work with the natural landscape, creating green and blue spaces and boosting biodiversity wherever we build. Our homes are designed with modern construction methods that prioritise energy efficiency, and where we can, we install solar panels and heat pumps to help reduce carbon emissions from day one.

But it's not just about the homes. It’s about the lives lived in them. Whether privately purchased or affordable, every home we build is to the same high standard. We plan for thriving communities from the start, with schools, hubs and open spaces, because building responsibly is always our first choice.

Our history

Our journey began in 2003 and we’ve always had a clear vision: to deliver consistent quality homes across the south of England. We take inspiration from our surroundings – the villages and market towns – that are at the heart of this area of natural beauty.
