2023-2024
Sturt Farm is a collection of 132 affordable homes in Haslemere. Working in partnership with Stonewater demonstrates our successful partnership model with an organisation that shares our vision of providing much-needed housing to the local area.

Wings Wood Phase 2 is a collection of 38 affordable homes in Woodgate, that complement the existing Wings Wood development.
The project was a collaboration between ourselves and Southern Housing, where we signed a JCT Design & Build contract. In addition, we were appointed to oversee the return material authorisation(RMA) process with Arun District Council.
