We partner with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much needed affordable and social housing across the south east. Using a policy-compliant, tenure-blind level of affordable housing provision, we build to the same high-quality and external finish as our private homes.

We give careful thought to the location of affordable homes, ensuring they are part of the fabric of the whole community.

What areaffordable homes?

Affordable homes cost less to rent or buy than similar homes on the open market. They're designed to help people who might struggle to afford a home otherwise, including: key workers, young families, and older people.

There are different types of affordable housing schemes, depending on what you need. These include:

  • Shared ownership, where you buy part of a home and rent the rest.

  • Affordable rent, which are let at a lower rate than normal rent.

  • First Homes, a scheme that offers discounts for local first-time buyers.

Our affordable homes are high quality, well designed, and built to the same standards as all our new homes. They offer a chance to live in a home that suits your needs, in a place you’ll be proud to call home.

Sturt Farm is a collection of 132 affordable homes in Haslemere. Working in partnership with Stonewater demonstrates our successful partnership model with an organisation that shares our vision of providing much-needed housing to the local area.

Ockford Ridge,Godalming

In the latest two phases of the Ockford Ridge regeneration, we’re building 47 affordable homes that are net zero carbon.

Each home features a pre-insulated frame, air source heat pump, wastewater heat recovery, solar panels and EV charging. It saves as much renewable energy through the year as it produces.

Wings Wood Phase 2 is a collection of 38 affordable homes in Woodgate, that complement the existing Wings Wood development.

The project was a collaboration between ourselves and Southern Housing, where we signed a JCT Design & Build contract. In addition, we were appointed to oversee the return material authorisation(RMA) process with Arun District Council.
