The Merrow is powered by an external air source heat pump with hot water cylinder and radiator heating throughout, controlled via WiFi-enabled systems. LED downlights are fitted to primary spaces, with pendant lighting in remaining rooms. Electrical features include white sockets and switches with stainless steel fittings in the kitchen, USB charging points in selected areas, multi-gang kitchen switches and white shaver sockets in all bathrooms.
