We partner with SATRO to provide Construction BTEC programs to secondary schools. This combines practical workshops with skills and knowledge training to achieve a level 1 qualification.
Beyond our donation, we also work with SATRO to provide mentors and work placement opportunities on our developments.
At a primary school level, our colleagues volunteer with Chapter One to provide 1:1 online reading. The pairs enjoy stories and activities each week, which helps transform each child’s reading confidence and ability.
We partner with the Lighthouse Clubs – the construction industry charity, to promote mental wellbeing on our developments. Their Help Inside the Hard Hat campaign aims to raise awareness of mental health issues in the sector.
As an Armed Forces Covenant gold signatory, we work closely with Building Heroes to support service leavers as they transition into civilian life. We’re helping veterans and reservists find their career in construction.

Our team receive two paid volunteering days each year to support one of our charity partners, or a cause that is close to them.

Our team takes part in the annual Housebuilder Challenge in support of the Youth Adventure Trust. The charity helps vulnerable 11–16-year-olds by giving them the support and skills to build confidence.
Together, the team climbed the three highest peaks in the Lake District over a 22 mile distance, raising over £7,000 in2024. In 2025 they will take on the Yorkshire Dales in aid of the charity.
