We partner with charities that align with our business values and create social value. We also support charities local to our current developments.

Supporting causesclose to our hearts

Our team receive two paid volunteering days each year to support one of our charity partners, or a cause that is close to them.

We encourage our team to fundraise for charities and community organisations that they believe in  and match fund personal efforts up to £150 per person.

40% of 11-year-olds from disadvantaged backgrounds in England struggle with reading, so our efforts are crucial. Investing in literacy paves the way for future industry leaders, building a brighter tomorrow.

Supporting thehousebuilder challenge

Our team takes part in the annual Housebuilder Challenge in support of the Youth Adventure Trust. The charity helps vulnerable 11–16-year-olds by giving them the support and skills to build confidence.

Together, the team climbed the three highest peaks in the Lake District over a 22 mile distance, raising over £7,000 in2024. In 2025 they will take on the Yorkshire Dales in aid of the charity.
