To support local wildlife; bird boxes, bat boxes, and ‘insect hotels’ are incorporated into the design, creating new wildlife corridors and promoting biodiversity.

Customers with a local connection to Alfold or the Borough of Waverley will be given priority when buying selected plots, which will be reviewed by the team at Abri.
