We partner with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much needed affordable housing across the south east. Using a policy-compliant, tenure-blind level of affordable housing provision. We build to the same high-quality and external finish as our private homes.
Ockford Ridge C, Godalming
A £7m partnership with Waverley Borough Council
With two phases completed, we’re building 30 additional affordable homes in Godalming. Delivered as part of the regeneration of the Ockford Ridge Estate.
The current phase includes 30 new homes that will be zero carbon in operation. Each home features a pre-insulated frame, air source heat pump, waste water heat recovery, solar panels and EV car charging.
Cooper Close, Smallfield
A £9m partnership with Stonewater
This scheme delivered 100% affordable housing, for both rental and shared ownership. Some nearby residents had reservations but we worked tirelessly to reassure the local community about the scheme.
Located next to a play park, careful access into the site was considered to ensure safety and minimal disruption to the existing community. Sat alongside the M23, a large acoustic barrier was installed to ensure noise is kept to a minimum for residents.
Steellands Farm, Ticehurst
A £6m partnership with Optivo
The scheme delivered 40 new affordable homes in this rural Sussex village. Challenges included the severe topography and its close location to a primary school.
