Countryside locations and flexible hours

Our office hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. With our flexitime policy, flex your start and finish times for a work life balance that suits you.

Our head office is in Billingshurst. Depending on your role, you can also work in one of our regional offices in Wokingham and West Malling. We operate a hybrid hot desk model, where you’ll be in the office two days a week.

Finish at 4pm on a Friday in June, July and August to enjoy the summer months.

Great facilities in a modern environment

Relax in the hub, where you can eat and meet with the team. Book a meeting room or choose one of our informal break out spaces. We even have booths to take private phone calls.

Choose from a selection of free cereals, milk options and fruit in all our offices. Free squash, tea and coffee, with bean to cup coffee machines for your caffeine fix. Plus, Quooker boiling taps for mineral and sparkling water.

We provide plug and play IT equipment and you can book your desk in advance through an app. If you cycle or run, there’s lockers and a changing room with showers.

Team building and inspiring events

We bring everyone together twice a year for updates from the leadership team. Team building is a core part of these all hands events.

During the summer months, we have office barbeques and a bring your kids to work day. There’s also the company paid summer party – where partners are also welcome.

At a department level, enjoy team events and away days throughout the year.

Development to build your career

Our structured induction programme helps get you settled in and up to speed in no time. We provide IT training as part of your on boarding, so you have the tools you need to collaborate.

We’ll reimburse a professional membership related to your role. We also provide any training relevant for your role.
