Your home demonstration
To make sure that you are happy with every aspect of your new home, we carry out a comprehensive checking and commissioning procedure, which ensures that the finish of your home meets our exacting standards.
Before taking ownership of your new home, you are invited to a Home Demonstration, during which we will demonstrate all aspects of your new property.
10 Year NHBC Warranty
We are an NHBC registered new home builder, therefore your home is guaranteed under the Ten Year NHBC Warranty.
As our further commitment to you, we also offer our Customer Care cover for the first two years of occupation. During this time, should you encounter any problems with your new home, our Customer Care team is on hand to assist and offer you a solution.
