This is where the NHBC comes in. NHBC has measured homeowner satisfaction since 2004. Its surveys measure homeowner satisfaction at both 8 weeks and 9 months after legal completion.
It’s the UK’s largest homeowner satisfaction survey. Up to 100,000 questionnaires are sent each year. And with a response rate of between 50% and 75%, the NHBC provides crucial insights into homeowner satisfaction on an unrivalled scale.
