Your partner for retirement communities

We partner with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much needed retirement communities across the south east. Using a policy-compliant, tenure-blind level of housing provision. We build to the same high-quality and external finish as our private homes.

Ledian Gardens

A £19m partnership with Inspired Villages

Ledian Gardens is a retirement community located in Maidstone, Kent. This phase two scheme provides 47 high-quality apartments and maisonettes, with two cottages, all available for private rent.

Homes will feature energy-efficient heating systems and sustainable construction methods. Most notably, heating will be provided by way of ground source heat pumps.

Grants Hill House, Uckfield

A £10m partnership with Wealden District Council

Grants Hill House was originally a Local Authority-owned housing scheme, which was no longer fit for purpose and therefore proposed for redevelopment. The scheme featured 65 apartments and two cottages for social rent.

The project followed Housing our Ageing Population Panel for Innovation (HAPPI) Design principles. It considers housing that offers an attractive alternative to the family home, and the ability to adapt over time to meet changing needs.

Bramshott Place, Liphook

A £13m partnership with Renaissance Villages

We worked with Helical plc to create a high quality, age-exclusive community.

The new homes at Bramshott Place were constructed to a high specification including: contemporary kitchens, V&B sanitary ware, Vado taps, underfloor heating, turned oak staircases and porcelanosa tiles.
