Overview
Bilsham Road, Yapton is a partnership scheme with Hyde Group, where we’ll be delivering 250 one, two, three and four-bedroom properties, split between social rent and shared ownership tenures.
We’re looking forward to working on our first project with the Hyde Group, a partner who shares our core values on sustainability, biodiversity and community creation.
Work is scheduled to begin on site imminently and take place over four phases with completion early in 2025.

We are a lead contractor working in partnership with housing associations, councils and institutions to deliver a range of residential and commercial projects.

Sustainability
With sustainability in mind, the homes will use timber frame construction throughout and all the homes will achieve the highest Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) A rating.
There will be extensive electrical vehicle charging across the site and the homes will include hydrogen-ready boilers across the whole development.
