Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For

Second year in succession 

We are thrilled that we have been listed in the ‘100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For’. In addition to this, we are also listed in the ‘Construction and Engineering 10 Best Companies to Work For 2021’ and the Regional South East list.

We are incredibly proud to announce that we have placed #18 in the ‘100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For in 2021’, 3rd in ‘Construction and Engineering 10 Best Companies to Work For 2021’ sector, and #17 the Regional South East list, making us ‘South East’s top 25 Best Companies to Work For in 2021’, and lastly, we have been awarded 3-star World Class accreditation.

The prestigious awards represent us as having ‘World Class’ levels of workplace engagement and highlights the level of excellence and dedication we have to our employees.

Last year, Thakeham Group was listed #94 in the ‘100 Best Small-Sized Companies to Work For’ and #34 out of 75 Best Companies to work for in the South East. Our progress through what has been a tough year, makes us feel extremely proud to say the least.

At Thakeham, we operate a thriving graduate recruitment programme and support the Movement to Work initiative to help young people secure work. We signed the HBF Mental Health Charter and recently organised a health and wellbeing programme during Lockdown. In 2019, Thakeham was also listed in the ‘The Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100. This prestigious league table ranks Britain’s 100 fastest-growing companies over the last three years.
