Work begins on new homes at Woodgate West Sussex

Thakeham Partnerships will begin building 71 new affordable homes in West Sussex this month.

100% affordable housing

Thakeham is building a mixture of rented and shared ownership homes on the site formerly occupied by Wings Nursery off Lidsey Road. The development will deliver 100% affordable housing.

Work on site recently begun and has a completion date of September 2023.

As part of securing this opportunity, Thakeham provided Southern Housing Group with a consultancy service that oversaw all aspects of the planning process that concluded with the successful approval of the reserved matters application.
