We welcome Paul Kimber as our new CFO

We’re pleased to welcome Paul Kimber into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Drawing on his experience of both real estate investment and property development, Paul brings an invaluable depth of sector knowledge and will play an important role in delivering the business’ future ambitions.

Paul joins Thakeham from the Durkan where he served as CFO on the Executive Board until the end of 2024. Prior to his five years with Durkan, Paul was Finance Director of the City Division of Berkeley-owned mixed used developer St George PLC where he worked on several of the largest brownfield development projects in London.
