Overview

 

Wildbridge at Yapton is one of our larger partnership schemes with Hyde Group, a G15 housing provider. We’re delivering 250 homes across a variety of one, two, three, and four-bedroom properties, split between social rent and shared ownership tenures.

 

Sustainability is a key focus at Yapton, with all homes designed to achieve the highest Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) A rating. The site features other sustainable features, including electric vehicle charging points, hydrogen-ready boilers and ground source heat pumps

 

Construction began in August 2022, with the first plots handed over to the Hyde Group in March 2024. The entire project is expected to be completed by May 2025.
