Overview
We have secured an exciting JCT Design and Build contract for Chilmington Green, an exciting new development located on the east side of Ashford. In partnership with the Man Group, we’ll deliver 225 homes over the course of two phases, introducing 93 apartments and 132 houses.
Chilmington Green will deliver exceptional quality of build and finish, complimenting the award-winning garden city of Chilmington. Tenures will range from private sale, private rented, shared ownership sale and affordable rented homes. In fact, 85% of development will provide affordable homes for Ashford, including Key Worker and Shared Ownership schemes.
