In partnership with Southern Housing, We signed a new JCT Design & Build contracted were appointed to oversee the RMA process with Arun District Council.
The scheme demonstrates our successful partnership model, securing Southern Housing their Reserved Matters approval and applying Thakeham house types that help deliver a cost effective project.

Our biodiversity principles guide us to deliver this primarily onsite where there is the biggest local community benefit, with the flexibility to deliver verifiable and tangible off site gains where on-site isn’t achievable.

About us
We are a Sussex-based developer employing over 250 people and several hundred additional local subcontractors throughout the south of England. We deliver sustainable, infrastructure-led communities and is an industry leader on biodiversity and the environment.
