In partnership with Southern Housing we signed a new JCT Design & Build contracted were appointed to oversee the RMA process with Arun District Council.
The scheme demonstrates our successful partnership model, securing Southern Housing their Reserved Matters approval and applying our house types that help deliver a cost effective project.
