We partner with housing associations and local authorities to deliver much needed social housing across the south east. Using a policy-compliant, tenure-blind level of affordable housing provision. We build to the same high-quality and external finish as our private homes.

A £24m partnership with Stonewater
We’re building 132 homes in Surrey. The scheme includes 79 homes for social rent, 44 for shared ownership and nine properties for rent-to-own.
As part of the new community we are delivering communal amenity space, a dedicated woodland area, landscaping and a children’s play space making this an ideal location for families.
Bilsham Road, Yapton
A £51m partnership with Hyde Group
This greenfield site, owned by Hyde Group, lies on the south western edge of Yapton. The 250 new homes include 217 houses and 33 flats, offering a mix of social rent and shared ownership properties.
These homes will achieve an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) A rating. There will be extensive electrical vehicle charging across the site and the homes will include hydrogen-ready boilers.
