Thakeham was delighted to work with Eastbourne Homes to provide affordable housing at Coventry Court, Eastbourne.

The scheme was let on a Design & Build basis using the JCT form of contract. The scheme was built using deep strip foundations and a timber frame construction form.

Successfully value engineered to achieve savings of over £100,000 without affecting integrity of design or quality of materials, the scheme also completed eight weeks early.
