The Thakeham Partnerships team were awarded this £9.2M contract after a competitive tender process, beating 10 other contractors to win the project.
This exciting development with new partner Monson Homes will provide 49 new homes in Horsmonden, Kent. The site is located on the Western outskirts of the village, approximately seven miles east of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
The scheme includes a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes. A mix of tenures will be available for the properties, comprising of shared ownership and affordable rent. Work began onsite in August 2021, with completion expected in the final quarter of 2022.
The build will feature an extensive range of high quality external features and materials, including brickwork, stained timber cladding, painted timber cladding, render, hanging tile, stone cills, hardwood front doors, external brick chimneys, dovecotes and Juliet balconies.
