Overview
We’ve secured our first contract with Inspired Villages Group for Phase 2 of Ledian Gardens Retirement Homes near Maidstone.
Designed as retirement housing, the project will deliver 47 high-quality apartments and maisonettes, with two cottages, all available for private rent.
Construction begun in March, 2023 and marks the beginning of our journey with IVG. We look forward to collaborating to ensure a successful delivery to this incredible project.
