Thakeham’s Trainee & Recruitment Programme
The Talent for Development programme nurtures talent by structuring professional journeys, and supports attracting new skills and talent to join the Thakeham team.
We can offer employment opportunities that reflect the entire lifecycle of development, from land sourcing and planning promotion, running through architecture, technical design, engineering, quantity surveying, buying, site management, and on to marketing, sales, customer service and support administration.

Encouraging transferable skills
As well as graduates, trainees and apprentices, we will be looking to attract Military Veterans. Resident Liaison Officer
Ockford Ridge, Godalming
We are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to act as the main point of contact between Thakeham and local residents at our site in Ockford Ridge, Godalming.
The commercial department provides support to all employees and departments within the business during their entire employment life cycle. The focus of the department is cost management, subcontractor procurement, valuations and variations and maintaining our system and procedures. Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Quantity surveyor to work in a newly created role reporting to the commercial Director.
The Architectural Technologist will work in the Technical Department to produce detailed architectural construction drawings and information from the approved planning drawings to enable full procurement and construction of residential developments ranging in size from 5 to 5000 units.
